Is it just me or does anyone else get annoyed when someone deals at say �20k only to find they had more in their box yet they act as though they`ve won sweet FA?

To me this is just pure greed, they start off with nothing yet go away with �20k but look distraught, why can`t they just shrug their shoulders and think `hey.... �20k is better than 10p`?

One guy did just that, an older fella if I remember, he was made up with his �17,000 or so. The problem is greed, all they see is the bigger amounts on that board and they want more! Having said that, I'm sure the programme makers encourage it.......Noel Edmunds certainly does.

The way I see it, imagine it as a betting shop and you go in with nothing yet you will come out with something!

Surely winning �500 is better than nothing?

Ok I know there could be �250k in the box but that`s life, you take your chances,you only get one go so don`t knock it

I watched it yesterday with that camp guy and i said exactly the same to my hubby in fact my words were "what a greedy ********, he's just won 27grand and he looks like he just lost his mother!!!! I would be more than happy to win anything let alone walk away 27grand richer for an hours non work! !!!! Im glad he didnt win more!

Am I being mean when I say that sometimes it serves them right when they only get �50 after being offered �20 or �30 grand?

As long as they don`t moan about it afterwards then fair play to them, they know the risks

Also, the nicey nicey backslapping annoys me

ps..so do the audience when they do all the fake nailbiting stuff

joannasevs i am like you, sometimes you just dont take to the person, and you are soooooo pleased when the get next to nothing! Human nature i guess? Have you noticed that some days the audience is all old fogeys and some days its all student-y types, however on the whole they nearly all wear BLACK?
And............ when they open the 3 boxes at the very end for the phone-in, could they not stretch to a bigger table? all squashed up like sardines in a tin, no elbow room to open the damn box ; )
