My prom is in may and i desperatly need to find a dress!
Does anyone know of any good websites or shops in the Uk where i can find a really gorgeous dress?

depends what you're looking for and how much you wnat to spend. Ebay is always a good place to look and get ideas. There are some beautiful corset dresses at FairyGothMother.com in all colours or for more traditional try ballgownheaven.co.uk. Hope this helps

from experience i really wouldnt get a 'prom dress' as in the traditional poof affair
most of my friends spent a fortune on a dress they wore once and think its hideous now
i would say go to coast/karen millen/monsoon etc and find a gorgeous dress you WOULD wear again
pick up a few magazines for inspiration :)

Debenhams do nice prom dress's and I think they have a sale on at the moment. Failing that I saw a nice one in top shop the other day.

monsoon do gorgeous dresses that you could wear to other places and not just your prom, also asos.com do nice stuff not sure if they'd have a good prom dress but its worth a try.

I agree with TK Maxx, my daughter got hers there last year, a Morgan dress �25.00, it was stunning. I was in our local branch today and they had lots.
