Losing weight... please help
3 Answers
Hi... Im 16 and trying to lose 9lb to a stone quite quickly and I just wondered if anyone had any tips. Iv been eating healthy for just over a week now, Im not dieting just improving my diet loads and i've played football a couple of times and done situps in the evenings but I think i need to do better exercise. The problem is, the only time I can jog is at night and its quite scary out there at night so I wondered if theres any really good exercise that can be done indoors? Also, I wondered if weight loss pills such as Adios were a really bad idea? xxx

It is tempting to want to lose weight quickly but it is not a good idea as you will probably put it back on and may get stretch marks. Swimming is great for toning up and also improves your fitness, do you have a pool near you? How about getting an exercise bike or something along those lines? They dont have to cost much. I have a spare stepper but you would have to come and get it lol :)
Ps well done with improving your diet, it sounds like you are doing it sensibly rather than crash dieting. Thats the best way that will work in the long run. Any tips?? lol Im off for a chunky Kit Kat now...
