Smoking

3 weeks now on patches. seem to be working for me. what's your experience of patches or other methods.

i was taken into a&e a year ago and i know have to be on oxygen this is through smoking .i went on the patches straight away and took the full course and i have not had a cigerette since that was a year ago.i smoked 30 a day for 38 years so please stick with it.
