is there a time limit from the time someone commits a crime (conviction)to the next conviction (offence now) that a judge desides that is has been too long in between....under the criminal justice act 2003? is there a time frame ny where in that act regaurding past convictions and that it can be admissible in sentencing?
If he has committed previous crimes and not been charged, he can admit to these offences and they can be 'Taken Into Consideration' (TIC), at the time of sentence.
