In reality the driver would probably lose control and go into a spin, but lets assume its The Stig off Top Gear and he keeps it in a straight line. If he is still 'flooring it' the rear wheels will be spinning, gradually slowing the cars reverse speed until the car comes to rest then accelerates forwards. All this is conjecture, as in reality (as I said) a wreck would probably ensue.
