NORTON ANTI VIRUS PROB.

Usually I click on Liveupdate and the computer updates my anti virus programs via the internet. Now I recieve a message: Liveupdate could not retrieve the catalogue file of available Symantec product updates. Please check that your connection to the internet is functioning correctly and retry Liveupdate.
Well my connection is fine. Can anyone tell me why this has suddenly started to happen???

Next an obvious thing to check would be that your subscription is up to date. Assuming it is you could try updating to the latest liveupdate program which I think was released a few months ago (go to the symantec site). If still no go then try uninstalling and reinstalling all the Norton software.
