A c-section is a major operation and as such carries some risk to mother and baby, and takes a long time to recover from. You cant drive for 6 weeks and your movement can be limited so even holding baby may be painful. I know a woman who's baby is 11 weeks old and yet she is still suffering from an unhealed wound which although not infected is causing great distress and discomfort for her.
Redcrx is right, Sonak ~ the majority of women are designed to give birth no matter what their size..for example I know of a woman from Thailand (she was in the labour ward with me :o) and she was only 4' 11"..she gave birth to a strapping 10lb baby boy, despite being very slim & petite! I was once told by a midwife that a baby will only usually grow to the size a woman can cope with.
Whether this is true or not I don't know ;o)
It can be done..but as redcrz says, you will be monitored for baby growth.
