Does anyone know if i have to pay my insurence excess fee again, if i make another claim for repairs to more cracks that have appeared again in my walls. The first claim was around 6years ago,but this seems to be an on going problem and it is worse this time.

Check your policy but the answer is likely to be yes, because it will apply to each and every individual claim.
But the job (underpinning or whatever) should be done once and solve the issue once and for all.
I would assume that if you had works done as an insurance claim 6 years ago that the insurance compnay would have ensured that the repairs were up to scratch - if this appears not to be the case, then I would think that you have good reason not to have the excess applied twice - but I'm not a lawyer! I would try sweet-talking your insurance company if I were you.
