The only way you can lose weight (apart from certain illnesses and conditions) is by eating less than you burn off. It is that simple.
You will find that all these "magic formulas" do actually work BUT are always taking in conjunction with an exercise regime or calorie controlled diet.
Save your money and just have will power. What has more incentive, looking good in new clothes and feeling healthier or a KFC???
