BOS Charges

Hi Everyone
Looking to claim my charges back from BOS can you tell me the address to send my letter to recieve my statements from - do i send this to my local branch or the head offfice??
Also whats the best site to get my advice from - there are so many!!!

I would direct all communication to your own branch - recorded delivery and keep a copy.

From the outset keep a log - note dates letters sent, received and any telephone communications.
