According to the Radio 4 website it's off air at the moment , but old editions are always on BBC 7 radio which you can listen too on-line.

You can also buy tapes of this miraculous programme, which has been on the radio for 30 years.

If you are quick enough, you can catch a spin-off from "I'm sorry....", called Hamish and Dougal (Greame Garden and Barry Cryer ) on the BBC listen again feature, in Comedy and Quizzes, under speech on the right hand side...
