calculate monthly pay?

how do i calculate my monthly pay? i know there's calculators online but i want to know the equation to use.

something like hourly wage x hours worked per week but then what?

H = Hourly Rate
N = Number of Hours per week

Gross per week = H x N
Gross per Month = (H x N x 52) / 12
Gross per year = H x N x 52

But that's only gross, the net depends on desuctions and tax rates and allowances etc and depends on circumstances.

hourly rate times hours payable per week.
times this amount by 52, (weeks per year)
divide the total amount by 12,(months per year)
this should give you your monthly rate.
