Pre-Crime checks on children
The government's latest crime-cutting idea is to monitor children from birth to identify future offenders. It could involve assessing children at key educational stages, and logging details of parents' drug habits, criminal records, etc, on a database. Do you think children should be labelled from birth as future criminals?

They know which adults are repeat offenders and the probability that their children will also learn their parents errant ways. It seems a bit stupid honing resources on the kids and not at the repeat offending parents.
