Bought a laptop can't connect to the internet altough I have bt home hub with wireless on. The laptop has wireless shouldn't I beable to connect to the internet please help

You have not given us much info to go on (any messages, what you are actually doing etc).

There is probably a button on the laptop to turn wireless ON, have you checked that is on?.

Have a look at your laptop documentation to see where the button is if you cannot find it.
