i am 18 years of age and have a very bad criminal record history. i took my mums car without permistion and got stopped with no insurance the car got seized to a compound and i have a court summons form me to attend shortly. i am not bothered wat happens i am just worried 4 my mum could u tell me if she will be prosecuted aswell?

Grant you might want to post this in 'Law'. I don't think your mum will be prosecuted as it was you that took the car (TWOC). I hope you learn from this and that you now stay on the straight and narrow.
