I buy carbemide peroxide gel on Ebay, it is the same stuff as what dentists use. I have used this for 3 years now. At first I had to use it every other day for three days to get my desired shade then i only had to do one off treatments every 6 months or so. It couldnt be simpler to use, and my teeth look really white.

I used Theramed Perfect (micro clean) toothpaste and I really noticed the difference after using it morning and night.

It's �3.99 and it's a small tube, but it really does work.

I've now switched to a regular whitening toothpaste (Macleans) just to sustain the whiteness.
