Ohh yes...
Only on the days I get out of the wrong side of the bed

its weird. nothing has set it off. i mean , the sun is shining outside. and i am quite cheery but just feeling vaguely irritated by random things
I find its best to eat lots of chocolate when you feel like that.
Was like that the other day and it was sunny and there was no reason for it, very strange. Conflictingly (but not so often!) I can be in a real good mood for no good reason.

arrrgh and now i split yoghurt all over my desk.
think i will go out for a walk in the sunshine and text my friend. that should help????

heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!
Friday... up at 6.20am against my will (mum-in-law wasn't breathing very well, so bruv-in-law decides to call the good wife, instead of the doctors / ambulance), look after little OBonio until wife has sorted mother out, peg it into work for 11.45am, getting caught by speed camera on the way, work 8 hours straight to make up hours all the while being undermined and generally effed about by management (this is a recurring theme at work atm, but just added to the day nicely). Come 7.45pm, decide to go for pint to which wife points out my parents wanted to show me their new house and could I take our portable TV down for them. Yes, yes, yes, but I'm going to the pub! Spend hour and a half at my parents new place trying to get TV tuned with various boosters and posturing like a fairy with an aerial to no avail. Get home at 9.30pm having not gone for pint and wife moaning she'd cooked me a shepherd's pie. Luckily we don't have a dog, but she'd left it out to go cold :o(.

Glad I got that off my chest.
Hi rom i get where you are coming from sweetheart but i blame my menopause . Some days i feel fantastic and other days i feel grouchy and irritable but i hope you feel better tomorrow take care love megan
Well Ive just been for a 20 min walk, cant do any harm
Sposed to boost the old seratonin levels.
Tomorrow's another day.
I do and quite often they are on Sundays. I think its from lack of sleep. I also feel like this when one person at work gets anywhere near me as I can't stand him - he is an old perv with BO and keeps loitering near my office 5 times a day. Do you think it would be ok to tell him to eff off now that I am about to hand my notice in?
full moon...
