There are a few but some are not for first time buyers or remortgages. They are Bank of Ireland �350K, Bristol & West �350K, Giraffe Money �350K, generally it will depend on your ability to meet the monthly payments. If you are a Professional person i.e. Accountant, Doctor or Solicitor you can use the fact that your earnings may increase substantially over the years.
