The POT BLACK theme music is Black And White Rag (1908) by George Botsford

Yes, but that was Pot Black. The actual snooker music is called "Drag Racer" and was originally by the Douglas Wood Group, though it's been remixed at least three times. I believe the current remix is by someone calling himself "Emmet".
