I currently earn 12000 including child tax credit and working tax credit . I want to lend 4500 over 60 months .
Any recommendations ?

luckdebs1, the two appends above are there because you said you wanted to LEND 4500

Lend means - let somebody borrow something off you.

Borrow means - to obtain or recieve on loan from somebody else.

So you want actually want to BORROW 4500

Someone will LEND it to you.
