New London taxi?

I recently saw a 2007 taxi with a new design, a grille twice the size of the TX1/2 designs, reaching to the bottom of the bumper. I heard a new design was on the way but the TX3 hasn't been produced yet, so has anyone else seen one of these or was it customised?

It's because I wasn't able to find any photos I wondered if someone had converted their taxi or it was the new model I've been hearing about. But it was a lovely looking thing with a new plate so clearly either very new or unique. I'll ask a taxi driver as well as if anyone knows they will.
