For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.i had lots of these in a previous garden, they are corms ( i think) not bulbs but i had to dig them out and some still came up so i just kept finding them for a while until they eventually all got dug up. am not in the property now but hadnt seen anymore in the garden for the last couple of years that i lived there. good luck.
You are likely to miss a few corms by digging but grape hyacinths come back into leaf in the autumn, when most others plants are dying back, so you can zap them then with a glyphosate spray to completely finish them off without damaging the surrounding plants (unless these are evergreen in which case you will have to be extra careful not to get any weedkiller on)
