I've read several good reviews on the Nokia N95 but when I tried to upgrade with Vodafone, the guy tried to put me off this model. He said that the battery life is poor and the phone keeps freezing or crashing. Has anyone got this phone and can give me an independant review???

my friend used to work for a phone company and told me that they earned commision on selling the crapiest phone. so this could be why he is putting you off.

Hi, I have had the phone just over a week and it is great, Never crashed and far better than my other phones which were Samsung D600 and Nokia 8800. Battery live could be better but you must remember to Exit each feature as thats what drains the battery. Music sound is great, ringtones can be set very loud and 5mg camera is the best feature.
