Is there anyone that can let me know what exercises to do on these things other than jumping up and down for ages?
Thanks in advance.

Do normal jumping, jumps where you bring alternate knees up to your chest, star jumps, and jumping and twisting from one side to the other is really good for toning up your sides. If your outside you could try skipping on it. I am trying to paste a link but its not working, if you go on ebay and type in trampoline and search in dvd and video, you get an excercise video come up that uses a mini trampoline.
Hi, there are tons of things to do on a trampoline, but you need proper coaching to teach you the moves. You are not supposed to bounce for more than 3 minutes since trampolining is not an aerobic sport and it can be dangerous if your body builds up too much lactic acid - you could black out if you bounce for too long!
Tuck jumps (bringing kness up to chest in the air and quickly back down when you land), seat drops, straddle jumps and twists are all basic moves - check out a trampolining website through british gymnastics.
