Have you tried the tourist information office or the library in Colwyn Bay?

Most of the major fairs come to the attention of the Postcard Traders' Association. There's nothing listed on their website for Colwyn Bay, throughout the rest of 2007. The next event in North Wales isn't until 18 August (in Llandudno):

Thank you both. I have found out since I asked that the fair is held in the High School so I shall phone them tomorrow.
