It's all over the news in the north east at the mo, that a 17 year old lass advertised a house party on 'myspace' while her mam and dad were away, kids trashed the house and the girl ran away only for her parents to have her arrested for criminal damage! People from london turned up at her house in Houghton le spring and weed all over her mams 20 year old wedding dress, caused 20,000 worth of damage, burned carpets stole money and jewellery, removed light fittings and so on. As teenagers have any of you had a crazy party? Or have you let your kids have one...

Things have changed, I have no memories of anything so destructive and unruly, although, one time we did knock my mates bedroom wall down with hammers, into the spare room, cos he wanted a bigger one. His mum and dad came to see my mum and dad after that. Did they really we on that dress? shocking, but in my sad little world, an uncontrolled laugh erupted, I need help :)
Most house parties were a riot. I don't think I went to one where 20ks worth of damage was caused though. One party the kitchen tiles were ripped, a glass top dining room table smashed and the obligatory fire brigade call out (200 fine). Oh, then the cops arrived and told us all to go home. That was the wildest I can remember.
I read that she thinks its not her fault coz her "myspace" was hijacked. Thats OK then. Not her fault at all, we can blame all those naughty boys and girls who just turned up. Why didnt the silly b1tch just phone the police like any normal person would have done once things started to get out of hand? I hope she gets the book thrown at her and made to pay for the damage and the counselling sessions her parents are going to need.
