my nabour has taken out some of my hedge and has put his fences on my land. can i take it down?

Good question. You can take it down but I would check with the Deeds/Surveyor first. Looks like another boundary dispute. Hope this helps.
If it's on your land then your neighbour had no right to put it up!
Before you do anything, talk to your neighbour and try to sort things out in a friendly fashion. Disputes of this nature have ended up bankrupting people, so don't get the law involved until everything else has failed.
