ticketline - how long till receive tickets?

hi all how long does it take for ticketline to post concert tickets? have used them for the first time, bought tickets to wet wet wet on 17th Jan and still not received anything have used other providers and had the tickets within a week or so - should i be worried? i have received an email confirming the booking though.....

When you buy the tickets I think it says they will arrive at least 48 hours before the event, so you might still have a bit of waiting.

To put your mind at rest there is a number you can ring to check progress and see the expected issue date, it's on the normal ticketmaster phone number and you have to select certain options, but it's self explanitory and easy to follow.
