Hello, please could you tell me what sort of analog/digital connection I should search for on a new TFT monitor to ensure I can use it to display my computer, TV and Xbox? Thanks.

It should come with a driver disk. You will need to install this in your PC and it should work, For mre infomation see your TFT manual.
TFT monitors will generally self-install in most Operating Systems without the need for additional drivers.Look for one without a fixed cable. Some makes such as Philips come with a separate cable, usually analogue, which can then be switched for the alternative type when needed. Either that or buy a convertor plug. Incidentally, if by TV you mean stand-alone then you will need to buy one with a tuner incorporated in it which will add to the cost considerably.
