my renault laguna 2 wont start

i bought a laguna 2,1.9dci,2001 model,the turbo had gone,i bought a new one plus a inter cooler,ive put them on,renewed or cleaned most of the pipes to and then decided to try start the car,it turns over ok but doesnt even make an effort to fire up(its been stood around a year)please could u help me
prev where do ford manufacture the focus?
