is it the law to put reinforced tyres on a ford galaxy

hi, had seat alhambra people carrier. I was always told by the garages when I bought tyres that it needed reinforced tyres, of which they usually had only the most expensive in stock. you should try phoning someone like sir speedy or kwik fit and see if they really know. I must say that in my hand book I don't recall seeing any warnings about tyre types. but if you are going to carry seven people it may be advisable to use the reinforced ones I suppose.
