old sinclair computer?

My father in law has an old sinclair computer up in the loft it was my boyfriends when he was younger apparently they are worth money now any one know how much? as father in law says bout �3000 i doubt this very much anyone wanna shed some light on this? ta very much in advance xxx

sinclair made few personnel computers. im not sure which one you're talking about baby but the famous sinclair zx spectrum is selling on ebay after 8 bids for �8.77 + � 9 postage. �3000 might be a little optimistic

I think it very much depends on the condition of the packageing and accessories that came with it. If its boxed and immaculate it may be worth money, but I think 3000 quid is optimistic.

I used to have a ZX80, ZX Spectrum and then a ZX Spectrum +2A. I have very fond memories of all of them.

ZX80 fetches good money. Cassette games can also sell on ebay for all the Sinclair range.
