I was a naughty girl a few yrs ago and have paid for it ever since with a record. I am thinking that it may have been removed off my record, and i can stop declaring it, as of last month but how do i check ?

There is no 'aftercare' to confirm when you can stop declaring it and so you could end up declaring it for much longer than you needed to.

But who can i contact?

it might be spent, but it is NEVER taken off your record,so be careful when filling in forms etc, because if you say no,and they do a crb check on you,it will come back on it as a conviction,as they stay on your record forever.
Contact NACRO for advice, that's the National Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of Offenders. Just put NACRO in a search engine.
