Good question. Make sure your set is switched on, and then hit the guide button on the remote. Hope this helps.

We have a Mac, and can run Widgets on it - one of these is a TV schedule for tons of channels, which you can customise to show only the ones you want. The only thing is, I'm not sure if it's a PC thing. I'm not too hot on that side of things. Go to the Apple home page and you'll find a Widget menu. Hope it works for you!
