hi all, which will be best to lose weight an hour at gym or an hour swimmin a couple of times a week,i will prob make more of an effort swimmin but wanna lose weight quick x

Swimming is best because you are using all of your body. I reccomend swimming.
If you want to lose weight quick:
-Do not drink fizzy drinks (especially if you want a flat stomach)
-Snack on nuts and fruits.
-Drink green tea (speeds up metabolism)
- Try workouts like running, press-ups and stuff at home + Swimming.

god wish i could cut my fat of i use to have one small roll on my tum now its big today . might be cos i have had fizzy drinks what i dont have much . how much weight do you need to lose havingmysay ?
Id go for swimming i love it not been for a couple of weeks i will go next week.
Plus we have mixed showers and its the only place were i can say ive had a shower with 6 woman lol

id just like to lose as much as i can but would love to get rid of my ''love handles'' prob about a stone
A stone 14 pound thats what i could do with losing.
I eat to much bread also try not to eat after 8pm and drink plenty of water.They say a glass or 2 before a meal to fill you up.
Also if you do drink alcohol stay away from alcopops full of sugar

I've taken up playing tennis for the very same purpose of loosing 7 to 14 pounds. And have been trying to walk everywhere instead of taking the car all the time.

I'm also doing weight watchers as someone at work talked me into it - but its actually very good and I've done so well on my points this week that I have enough left for steak and chips for lunch down the pub

My stomach is definately flatter after almost 1 week
