Now that IS a myth mclark, theres a REALLY large woman who lives near me who wears sky blue leggings almost everyday. You can see all the dimples on her thighs in 'em- they're ace!

sadly no there is no chippy at the end of my street, i am very posh you know, the only thing at the end of my street is a lovely enclosed park.

it was very popular in their youth, so they stick with what they know.
thats why so many have same hairstyles etc, and women walk around in the winter with just tights on.
wartime colours etc were always very plain.

i do think sometimes slightly younger people begin wearing it because they feel 'that thats what old people do'

we will all probably do the same, but with styles of our youth

hhmmm the bland period i think jasper carrott said it best one day your walkin past the front of dunn and co and all of a sudden you look in the window and think hhhhmmmm nice cardy ha your days of stalkin round in drain pipes lookin like a two pin plug are over its an age thing i think an inbetweenie a bit like being caught in a time warp
