The sun, for gods sake! Its been great all week, go out.
No I cant but small doses on a sun bed a couple times a week will perk u up. Also it helps stop burning in the summer and you tan better. I only start to use them this time of the year for 5 mins twice a week then stop after a months so I don't look orange. Or you could try those wash off ones.
Hasnt anyone heard of melanoma?

Natrelle Natural Tan self tan is hypoallergenic - you can get it from Amazon - gives you a natural tan in 2 - 3 hours, and lasts 4 - 5 days

I believe Liz Earle does one in her range. All her stuff is natural and prides itself on being hypo allergenic. Check out her website at www.lizearle.com (her cleanser consistently gets highly rated by fashionistas and is absolutely fantastic) x
