Creating a leaflet with Word
Does anyone know if its possible to create a leaflet using Microsoft Word 2003? The format of the leaflet has to be on an A4 piece of paper which can fold into an A2 size. Not sure how I can do this, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A2 is 4 times the size of A4!
Please explain more clearly what it is you're trying to do. Do you want a single sheet of A4, folded once, so that each page is A5 size? Or are you aiming for a multi-page leaflet, with several A4 sheets, with a single fold, tucked inside each other? Or something completely different?
When we know what you're trying to do, we might be able to help but, to be honest, producing anything other than flat pages is a real pain in Word (and in most other word processing programs). You'd find it far easier using a DTP program such as Microsoft Publisher or Page Plus SE, which is completely free, here:

Hi Sonak,
Thanks for your reply.
I think the easiest way to answer your question is to suggest that you use the 'Help' menu in Word. (I'm using Word 2002 but you should see the same information with your version):
Press F1.
Type 'booklet' in the question panel.
Click 'Search'.
You should see two relevant items. The first one is, obviously, 'Create a folded booklet' but you'll also need 'Print a folded booklet'. Click on each in turn. I strongly recommend printing the information out (using the printer icon at the top of the panel) because it's difficult referring to it, on screen, while actually creating your document.
There should be sufficient information (for both single sheet and multi-sheet booklets) within the help file but, if you're not certain about something, just post again.

I'm stuck already Buenchico! I've printed out the guidelines to 'create a folded booklet' and done everything it said to do.
When I opened a 'new doc' I had to copy and paste the text from another 'doc' as the text was already saved before hand so all I needed to do was put it on the the right format.
I did this for the first page & printed it just to see how it would come out.
It came out landscape which is Ok but positioned in the middle of the page also.....
When I click 'print preview' it shows me the page in 'portrait' . What am I doing wrong?!

Hmm. I'm a bit confused.
I hate Word for anything other than really basic word processing. (I use Publisher for things like booklets. Even then, I find printing duplex documents very troublesome). So I've had very little experience of using Word for book fold documents.
I've just had a go myself. When I print out a 4-page book-fold document, I get Page 1 printed on the right-hand-side of a landscape sheet of A4. That's where it's meant to be, with Page 4 to the left of it. (Pages 2 & 3 print out with 2 on the left & 3 on the right, also as expected).
Try again but without importing any text. (That way you know that you won't be importing any formatting with the text). Just type 'Page 1' at the beginning of the document and then keep pressing 'return' until you're on Page 2. Type 'Page 2' and then do the same for pages 3 & 4.
When you print from there, you should get two separate sheets. One will have pages 4 and 1, the other will have pages 2 and 3. If your printer offers duplex printing, and you fiddle with the print settings, you can theoretically print with pages 1 & 4 on the opposite side of the same sheet. However, my experience is that strange things happen, such as pages appear upside down. I usually find it easiest to just print one side and then turn the paper over to print the other side. (it takes a bit of practice to put the paper back in the right way round).
I think that it just comes down to practice and experience. Good luck!
