I'm going to a 90s themed party and was wondering what sort of clothes I could wear? I still want to look half decent and I'm a student so I'm on a tight budget! Anyone got any ideas?

Anything with a smiley face on or one of those t-shirts which changes colour along with your body temperature - I think they were called Day-Glo. Some "Rave" inspired or look at Blur/Oasis 90s clothes

what about finding a shell suit. Or three quarter leggings with slouch socks and trainers, and a one of thoes t-shirts that are not fitted, there both late 80''s early 90's ish i think, tho i was a kid so i supose i would have worn whatever my mother put me in then.
