A serious question about birds and the male orgasm.

Please do not treat this as smut, like so many of the AB questions, but I have a serious question for birds concerning their understanding of the male orgasm.
Why is it that when the female controls the male orgasm she stops at the first sight of an emission, i.e as soon as the salty ectoplasm bubbles to the surface, it is game over. When in fact the height of pleasure arrives about two seconds afterwards and continues for about twenty seconds.
Are birds just thick and do not realise this or is it that they are really finicky about possible mess.
Imagine your dismay if old Wardy was being a cunning linguist and as soon as you start climaxing, he stops and goes and makes a cup of tea.
Please learn about the male psycho-sexual physiology and stop being so bloody selfish.
I hope I have made this post user friendly and not too graphic.
