sticky window!

i used to have a sunstrip on my car windscreen, i took this off but there is now a sticky reside left, has anoyone got any good and easy ideas of how to get this off?? cheers in advance

Sticky Stuff remover - you can buy it form B & Q and other places like that. Its main ingredient is orange oil. Or a hairdryer can waarm it up and get it off or you could try a Stanley Knife Blade.

Alternatively, white spirit (the stuff that you clean your paint brushes in and which is dirt cheap in most discount stores) will do the job.

Or the stuff you get in CD cleaners, isopropyl alcohol, should work too.

Nail varnish remover works best on sticky residues.
