a neighbour at the bottom of my garden. an neighbours gardens either side of me .planted trees right a long the bottom of all how gardens .they are yewcalyptus trees .they have done this because they was refused planning permission to build another house, which would of taken all how view away.so is there an hight which the trees grow that we could complain, because they are getting big now,and will take all how veiw away,

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.well the planning permission that was refused was before i moved to my property , the nieghbour who applied for planning permission lives in a big bungalow which takes up 2 plots he or i should say she ,because she wears the trousers it seams,wanted to build a 3 storey house right at side of her bungalow and then sell house and bungalow then move to spain ,and we have sea views well at the moment we have how is that for human nature nasty i think.
