Nose trouble

Afew months ago, messing on with my puppy, somehow her tooth went up my nostril and grazed the bit in between the nostrils. It poured with blood and lately i always feel the need to pick it, it always feels like there is something in there, but there isnt and it gets sore! :-( Could it be scarred inside an this is what im feeling?

You may have damaged the cartlidge between the nostrils and this has then healed over but the damage is still there although internal, this part of the nose is particularly sensitive so even the smallest nick could be irritating. If this is the case I doubt there is much that can be done, sorry cant give you any good news.

Thanks, it bloody hurt at the time! Its not too bad just annoying really!
