was my driving at fault

Whilst following a driver, who then without indication, moved across the white lines in the road I continued driving and the driver made an about turn directly into my path. He stated afterwards that he indicated, which I did not see and that he had to swing wide to enter his narrow driveway.

its both your faults and i think your insurance companies will decide that,knock for knock.whilst he should have been more careful,in turning into his drive,you should have been more aware of him and stayed further back.
