Help with names of new Horror/SF authors needed!

Hello, I work in a library and a colleague has had a request for a list of any new horror and science fiction writers out there. They need to be authors that aren't already well known and have obviously only written one, maybe two books! Are there any SF or Horrror fans out there that have recently discovered a new author that they can give me the name/s of so that we can make a list?!!
