i hada letter in january telling me of a prize id won, i returned all the paperwork i should have and still havent had the prize, i phoned and told them and thet told me they hadnt received anything so i did it all again and still havent received it, cant get through to anyone at chat so had to leave a message, anyone else have this problem

i left a phone message and someone got back to me but, surprise surprise, it wasnt the person who i needed to speak to, so she said she will get her to call me back. its been 4 months since i won, what a way to go on, i think i should get interest on the money!

I really hope you get your prize, and I think you should persevere...I sent in a picture of my cat about a year ago with a halo (a strange trick of the camera light) around her head, for the general pages. Instead, they used it in their Spooky Snaps page )or whatever it is called) with someone else's name and address underneath, and wrote a horrible story about it being a cat which had died of cancer and had come back to tell us it was happy in its new heavenly home. We were all really upset by this, and phoned in several times to complain. We were told that they could do nothing, as we had not kept hold of the issue number of the magagzine. I always wonder whether someone put a friend or relative's name under the picture and sent them the money instead of us, but I cannot prove anything and it still makes me upset even now. So good luck in getting your prize, as it seems a difficult situation at that particular magazine company.

playmisty, im sorry to hear that, thats a rotten thing to do. i did get a call yesterday saying they had received my second letter and that i should receive my prize in 2 weeks, i might add that whoever i spoke to was very rude and came across as though she didnt believe me, at the end of the conversation she didnt even say goodbye, just put the phone down. are we not keeping these people in jobs???

Try threatening them with the fact you will contact
ISP., they will sort it out for you if you explain the situation. I have only had to use them once for a prize from the local paperand by were they quick. Postman on the doorstep next morning!
