French: Bonjour, mes amis. Comment ca va aujourd'hui? (or just "ca va?" if you know them well)
German: Guten tag meine freunden. Wie geht es ihnen heute? (Or just wie geht's).
this web site you can type in what you wat translated and they do it for you

Spanish

Hola amigos! Como estn ustedes hoy?

(Not al literal translation, but put into correct Spanish).
One thought: unless they really are at least acquaintances, fellow nationals and foreigners may find it uncomfortably engatiating/posy to hear someone make an inappropriately overt statement. Therefore, including "friends" might be better dropped in favour of the non-specific casual (but no less friendly) greeting.
Dutch: Goede Dag meine vrienden. Hoe gatt het vaandag>

Pronounce hooya darg miner freenden. Hoo hart et fandarg
