bedtime snack

I am on a healthy diet trying to loose weight. I eat my tea about 5.00 and work in the evening from 6 till 9. When i get home i am starving. Does anyone have any ideas what i can eat for my supper at that time of night. I dont like breakfast cereals much. I cant sleep if i am hungry.

Ryvita with low fat philadelphia cheese is nice and filling but the cheese might give you funny dreams!

A banana is good too as they will help you sleep, or try carrot sticks and a dip (low fat humous or something)
Was also going to say Carrot sticks with low fat humous. I also have sticks of cucumber with humous. It's delicious. Sometimes if I'm a bit more hungry I will have a wholemeal pitta bread.

Scrambled egg
Cup a soup and toast
Bananas
Weight watchers bread toasted with flora pro-active low fat spread (or marmite although I don't like it).

I'm doing weight watchers to loose half a stone for my holiday in 2 weeks. I'm doing something right too as I lost 3.5 pounds in the last week.

Carrott sticks and low-fat guacamole is nice too or with melba toasts (little crackers)

Can i drink wine or is that fattening. I know beer and lager is.
If you have to have a tipple than wine is slightly less calories than beer or lager. Or maybe even try a vodka and diet coke or diet lemonade?
