I am on a healthy diet trying to loose weight. I eat my tea about 5.00 and work in the evening from 6 till 9. When i get home i am starving. Does anyone have any ideas what i can eat for my supper at that time of night. I dont like breakfast cereals much. I cant sleep if i am hungry.
Was also going to say Carrot sticks with low fat humous. I also have sticks of cucumber with humous. It's delicious. Sometimes if I'm a bit more hungry I will have a wholemeal pitta bread.
