i have recently signed up to this service and is experiencing some problems. just wondered if anyone using this service has also encountered these too or can give me some advice?
1) connecting to the internet is extremely slow. 2)when the telephone line is plugged into the router(?), i cannot hear the 'phone ring when someone calls. now i am having to plug the 'phone line back into the wall socket which is costing me an arm and a leg!
is it a setting i need to configure? i have tried calling their helpline, only to get someone whose first language obviously isn't english. and after a frustrating time trying to explain my problem i get cut off!

HI you must have been very unlucky as i have had no trouble from my bt broadband except just the one time and the customer ass was excellent ,Although the english wasnt that good they did phone back to check all was well . Anyway the broadband comes with a anti virus package which if you have already have normally interferes with the connection .But if you can get on the net it bt help will normally solve your poblems
